AAC has signed a new partner Mollie as our new payment provider and will offer you and your clinic one of the lowest prices in the industry for payments. This however is not the only reason we have chosen them and they offer a wide and modern range of benefits –

• Payments start from 1.2% + 20 p for a standard UK card (SumUp is 1.69% + 20p).

• A wide range of cards and payment methods are accepted including Paypal, Googlepay, Applepay, Amex, etc.

• Clients can also pay via Klarna which allows clients to delay payment for upto 30 days, spread payments over 3 months or take out finance over a longer period. This is done without the need for you to have a Klarna account. Klarna is unlikely to be used for most payments but can be useful for clients to pay via staged payments for more expensive courses of treatments or packages.

• Tap on phone technology allows you to take in person payments whilst removing the need for a separate card machine which often are on lengthy rental contracts costing from £19 to £25 per month.

• Payment links can be used and sent to clients to enable them to click on the link and pay quickly via a variety of methods. These can even be attached to the bottom of your invoices.

• QR codes can be setup and printed out in clinic for fixed treatment fees. Clients can scan this with their phone and quickly and easily pay for you.  

• Online payments can be taken by integrating Mollie into your website or online presence. We even have our very own web developer who is trained in our Mollie solution and can carry out this work for you should your web designer not be  able to do this.

• Recurring payments can be taken for subscriptions or packages paid over a period of time.
