Friday 5th January at 12pm: In this talk, nutritional therapist and business coach Karen Ward will teach you how to ‘fearlessly sell’ by helping you overcome the fears that come with selling functional testing. Such as how to communicate the value of testing without feeling pushy or salesy, confidently responding to the most frequently asked questions or objections that clients might have, and effective strategies on how to promote functional testing outside of your 1:1 work.

Friday 12th January at 12pm: Social media consultant Claire Smith will show you how to optimize your social media to maximize your outreach. Claire will teach you the importance of a social media strategy and why it is beneficial for your business; whilst also dispelling some of your concerns around social media such as their confusing algorithms and what makes great content.

Friday 19th January at 12pm: Compliance guru Natalie Louise will teach you that writing a protocol isn’t the end of the road for a practitioner. She will delve into how you can better support patient behavior changes, how to coach clients through challenges and work with their uncertainty; in turn making your practice more enjoyable and successful!

Friday 26th January at 12pm: Branding consultant Leslie Mello believes every practitioner deserves to have a professional brand that serves their business, reflects them as a human and most importantly connects them to the right clients. She will be discussing what exactly is a brand and how you can create your own professional branding, without stress or a huge budget!
