Course Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel your enrolment in one of our courses. To ensure fairness to all participants and allow us sufficient time to manage course logistics, we have the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation by the Attendee:

• You may cancel your course registration up to 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date of the course and receive a full refund of the course fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
• You may, however, nominate a substitute attendee to take your place on the course, provided you notify us of the substitute’s details at least 2 working days prior to the course commencement.

To request a cancellation or substitution, please notify us in writing (via email) at admin@aac-org.uk and include the following information:

• Your full name
• The course name and date
• The reason for cancellation (optional)
• If applicable, the full name and contact details of the substitute attendee.

Cancellation by Us:

• In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment, we will notify you as soon as possible.
• In such cases, you will be offered a full refund of the course fee or the option to transfer your registration to another available course of the same value. We will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

By registering for our courses, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
