Overview

The intention of the Basics of Qigong Teaching course is to offer a short, well rounded programme of training that enables you to develop and evolve your personal qigong practice while providing you with the basic skills required to share simple qigong techniques.

The focus of the training is on 4 basic movements that underpin the majority of current qigong forms and can be learned in a few repetitions. Embracing the simplicity of these movements means that we can take far longer exploring key principles, understanding adaptations and discussing teaching methodologies.

The course is designed as a stand alone training that will provide you with the ability to share these simple methods as an adjunct to our existing therapeutic practice, while also being the gateway into our longer Teacher Training Programme that enables anyone with an interest in qigong to qualify as a Qigong Teacher and run classes and workshops.

Attendance certificates will be issued for completion of this course and carries 11 hours of CPD
