I’ve been practising as an acupuncturist since 2011, having trained at the London Institute of Five Element Acupuncture (LIFEA) and completed my clinical training in 2012. In 2014 I trained in Shonishin Paediatric Acupuncture, a unique type of Japanese non-needle acupuncture designed especially for the treatment of babies and children. I have been a Clinical Supervisor at The Acupuncture Academy since 2022. I have a long-standing interest in Eastern medicine and philosophies, particularly since studying anthropology at university. After experiencing the profound and far-reaching benefits of Five Element Acupuncture myself, I decided to change careers and embark on a three-year training to become an acupuncturist and help others improve their physical and mental health.
