This is the breakdown of the initial appointment costs: my hourly rate is £250 (I work at Consultant rather than GP level) so I charge £375 for a 90min consultation plus 30mins for me to write a follow up Report charged at £125. I also offer a free 15m follow up zoom chat to talk through any questions which arise from the report and settle on a treatment plan.

Each time you come in to see me we will spend a bit of time catching up, and then you’ll have your acupuncture treatment. I value giving my clients the luxury of time and attention, so I don’t hold to a strict 60minute policy as sometimes clients need a little more from me.

If you opt for online herbal medicine only, then we will catch up virtually and I’ll send your individually tailored prescription to you on a next day delivery. Herbs cost £140 per month (£4.80) per day. Herbal Medicine: • All my herbs for you will come in powder form, to which you can add water and drink once per day (initially twice as your digestive system gets used to it). • The herbs all come from a company called Herbprime which I have used for over a decade for clients and continue to use for myself and my family too. • They are an approved supplier with the membership body I belong to, the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine. This means they are brought in under the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency and can be tracked to source. • In addition, because knowledge and transparency are core values of my work, I will always provide you with a written list of herbs I prescribe to you (along with instructions for taking them) as well as a link to a website where you can look up each of the herbs I have used in that month’s formula. • Each month, your formula will change as I need to keep up with and respond to the changes and improvements which are happening in your body.
