I’m a passionate Holistic Health Practitioner. I’ve spent over a decade helping people connect more deeply with their own well-being while helping them with their health. My path into helping people began in the Care industry in 2006 where I assisted with Rehabilitation and Respite Care within a Residential setting. Later I returned to my education gaining my Diploma in Complementary Therapies from Newark College in 2010. Following this, I had the privilege of working at a hospice in Nottinghamshire, offering therapies and comfort to individuals in end-of-life care, as well as support to their loved ones. It was a deeply meaningful experience that shaped my holistic approach to care. In 2014, I gained my Degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from the University of Lincoln. It was during my final year of studies that my family relocated to Norfolk and shortly after Point’z of Interest Therapie’z Ltd was born. As an Empath and a Neurodiverse Practitioner, I combine my intuition, my different way of viewing the world with my knowledge of Western medicine, TCM, Tung Acupuncture, and a range of different Complementary Therapie’z to treat the whole person—mind, body, and soul. My treatments are deeply personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual as a person rather than just their singular conditions. I have a special interest in Neurodiversity and Disabilities, Neurological disorders, Hormonal-based conditions, and Musculoskeletal issues; however I treat an extremely wide range of conditions, symptoms and disabilities. I am here to support people through their health and wellbeing journey.
