About the clinic

Living Practices was founded by two practitioners of Chinese Medicine, Roberto and Helen, to offer a thorough, individualised approach in a comfortable, warm environment. We offer acupuncture, Tui Na (Chinese therapeutic massage system), cupping therapy, Gua Sha, moxibustion, electro acupuncture and paediatric acupuncture and practices. We integrate techniques and tools when appropriate, using a holistic Chinese Medicine approach.

Bio
I cultivate my interest in complementary medicine through the practice of Qigong (energy work) and ongoing self studies in complementary therapies and general wellbeing. I practice acupuncture with an integrated approach that combines techniques such as TCM/Channel Theory and 5 Element Acupuncture, along with the Balance Method. In my practice I often integrate (as necessary) Tui Na massage, Gua Sha, Cupping, Moxibustion and Electroacupuncture. This blend of techniques gives me the possibility to address a wide range of conditions from different perspectives.
