Acupuncture Origins is based in a warm and inviting, private home clinic. It is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance allowing easy access. There is parking on the driveway. I offer acupuncture, electroacupuncture, facial enhancement acupuncture, gua sha, cupping and moxibustion.

Initial consultation and acupuncture 75 mins £55.00

Before treatment, your complete health history is discussed and presenting symptoms are analysed and considered in relation to your energetic, physical, mental and emotional health. Your tongue will be checked and your pulses taken. Acupuncture points are then selected according to your individual diagnosis. Treatment involves the shallow insertion of fine, sterile, single use acupuncture needles which remain in place, while you relax, for approximately twenty minutes.

Bio
When I was a child, my father developed debilitating back pain, he tried acupuncture and it worked wonders, sealing its place as a mysterious and healing treatment. Years later, still fascinated, I studied Classic Chinese Acupuncture, gaining a BSc (Hons) degree from The University of Greenwich. I hold a Licentiate of Acupuncture and am a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians and the British Acupuncture Federation. My clinic is inclusive, with acupuncture available to all. I am a skilled general practitioner with a particular interest in Fertility and Women’s health, having taken additional training. I am passionate about bringing the extraordinary qualities of acupuncture to those seeking to improve their health, naturally. I am privileged to be a volunteer acupuncturist at a West Sussex Hospice where I support individuals with life-limiting illnesses, helping them navigate their journey with greater comfort and well-being. Acupuncture offers a gentle, holistic approach to care. My goal is to help patients live well, with treatment focused on easing symptoms from medical procedures or side effects of medication while supporting the emotional challenges for those during this profound stage of life. I am honoured to support the incredible work being done at the hospice.
