    Includes a 2 hour full diagnosis including nutrition and kinesiology with a first acupuncture treatment

  • Follow Up Appointment £70.00

    45 to 60 minutes follow up including nutrition, kinesiology and acupuncture.

At My Holistic Health, I combine acupuncture, nutrition, kinesiology and singing bowls to help you find better health. A holistic approach treats each patient as one whole person (body, mind and spirit). I also teach and supervise at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine where I obtained my first class BSc (Hons) degree in Acupuncture. I have experience treating patients for a broad range of conditions including pain, anxiety, stress, insomnia, gynaecological issues (I teach on CICM’s fertility and obstetrics course).
