Marianne Killick

Marianne graduated from the Northern College of Acupuncture in 2010 and trained as a Supervisor and Mentor in 2023. Marianne has worked in a variety of settings now practising from her garden clinic. Marianne Is TCM trained and treats a wide variety of patients. Marianne now co-ordinates Supervision on behalf of AAC.

Naomi Swain

Naomi graduated from the Northern College of Acupuncture in 2012 as a TCM acupuncturist. Clinical practice remains varied but Naomi enjoys working in women’s health predominantly. Having taken up supervision as soon as she graduated, Naomi is passionate about the value and positivity this has brought to her work. Naomi trained as a Supervisor and Mentor in 2018 and provides group and one to one sessions for practitioners in the helping professions. Naomi is also a coach and this training has enhanced her supervision practice. Naomi supports training supervisors with the Mentoring Supervision Network.

Lisa Milnes

With 20 years of experience as a Five Element acupuncturist, Lisa has supported clients through a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional health concerns. In addition to running a full-time private practice in Vauxhall, South London, she provides one-on-one Zoom mentorship-supervision for acupuncturists and allied health practitioners.  Lisa brings a depth of understanding to her supervision work, offering a non-judgmental and safe space for practitioners to explore and navigate challenging situations. Her passion for this work is rooted in her own transformative experiences with supervision, which she views as a supportive and empowering process.
