Clients often come into clinic with emotional issues many of which are released during or after a treatment and can leave practitioners feeling helpless as to what to do and how to assist them.

AAC have partnered with the Foundation and Academy for Emotional Therapeutic Counselling to offer a discount on their foundation counselling course. This Level 3 NCS checked course provides an understanding of the workings and issues of the mind and how clients emotional issues can be better understood.

The course is ideal for practitioners who may not wish to become full counsellors but who do wish to help support clients emotional issues and to be able to use a range of tools they can give to clients to help them better resolve and deal with their mental health. There is also the option after this course to go on to a level 4 National Counselling Society and PSA approved course gaining a full diploma in counselling which AAC are currently negotiating a discount on.

The Level 3 Foundation Course is excellent .  The usual cost is £1200, but for AAC Members the cost is £990 and can be paid in instalments across the course.
